Hi. I'm new to the forum. I just want some recommendations please from these few I have narrowed down to. Or please suggest your own... My budget is £250 maximum.

I'm looking for best photo quality initially, I'm quite a novice but want something better than my camera on my phone...

This is the camera we had until it broke http://www.samsung.com/uk/cameras/galaxy-camera-wifi-gc100/

Brilliant photo quality, crystal clear in fact and would have been happy to keep it but the lens has broken so decided to treat us to an upgrade out of these select few....

I like the strong zoom on the Sony but I believe Nikon is much more a camera specialist but the idea of changing the batteries every time in it puts me off.

Although it's a camera for holiday it will also be used for concerts and days out etc... Thanks so much in advance, as I said please feel free to add suggestions.

If you can do without so much zoom I would recommend the Sony RX100, small and portable and takes great photo's.

I have owned a bridge camera in the past. There is little to choose between those cameras in terms of final image quality: both will be acceptable to the uncritical eye in bright light, and both disappointing when light is poor.

In the other thread you had recommendations for the Sony RX100, Panasonic TX100 and for a Canon model - all would be considerably better than any of these in terms of image quality.
