Ian, I believe it was you that was asking for links to older Canon 20D firmwares? I have today found the following links off the official Canon Jap server to the various releases and thought that they may be of use to you.
These are direct links to the firmware files (the last three numbers indicating the version). Although I have not tried them myself, I have no reason to doubt their authenticity (they are from the same server as the latest offical firmware) but as usual I will say use them at your own risk and I take no responsibility.

I have posted this here incase there are any other members that require previous versions also...the above comment about responsibilty still stands
If you need any older firmware files for other cameras it may be possible to locate them in the same maner as I did these, find the latest official firmware file, then change the corresponding url name to the older file name, Canon's cleaver server will tell you of similar named files if you get it wrong, and from there you can track down what you need.
