Just got back from a 9 days motorcycle tour round europe.

These are my favs of the bunch from the trip, I only took my 50mm lens.

Did around 2300 miles, on a Fireblade... With a bike breakdown in Czech thrown in for good mesure. Only one speeding ticket, just as we were leaving Austria lol.

i think its an excellent set , i'd love a 50mm for my d60 and shots like this are the reason why

one slight criticism is #2 is a great idea but the beer glass aint quite in focus , i reckon it would be a cracking shot if this was sharper

I like the water fall, surely after all that time on the bike and in that heat you went for a dip?

No didn’t go for a dip, it was getting late and we needed to find a camp site. Would have been nice though lol.

MrGas, yeah I was a bit annoyed I missed the sharp focus on that one too; it looked good on the camera screen.

AlanAce, Looks like you had a good trip round Scotland, we have done about as much of Europe as we could possibly get to and back within 2 weeks, but never done the UK at all apart from ride out days. Looks beautiful up there!
