Feedback on my site

I really like the idea of that site. Are there other similar sites around or are you the first with such a site? I can imagine that there will be a few people about that would be keen to get an image up on your site. Good idea.

PS

The only thing I would change is that I'd refer to it as panoramic rather than pano, just incase there are peops who don't know what pano is. Until recently I wouldn't have known what pano was.

Yeah its looking good. Its clean, easy to navigate and looks as though your going to have some nice shots in there.

Also if anyone has some panos or images in order to make one up let me know more than happy to add them and put their details on the site.

If you have images just let me know I can the stitch them and put them into flash for them.
 
Good idea and a good site.
My only slight quibble is the home page intro is not typed very well.

I have put this site together just to show my panoramas in VR format. I currently only have a few but as soon as I have the time I will be adding a lot more.

When time allows I will also add info on how this was done . However if you would like to add a pano onto the site please just drop me a mail and I will be happy to put them on, the more the merrier.

I hope you don't mind (if you do I will remove this post) but I've typed it in with a few minor changes. :thumbs:

As I said an excellent idea.

Yes thanks for that, I changed it to what you had, but also changed it again as now have completed the way I managed to compelte the panos.

Anthing more you think of adding would be great, I am by far the worst writer, I just say what I think and just does not come out right

I was in Scrabster a month ago coming back from Orkney, both Scrabster and Thurso seem nice places, we'll have to visit the area in more detail.

Just one thing I would like to say. I know it's possible to slow the pano down by holding the mouse on it, but the very fast movement is difficult for anyone who suffers from migraine or epilepsy. From my own experience (migraine sufferer) I find looking at the site begins to trigger a migraine. I don't know if it's possible but it would be better if you could slow the motiion down a bit.
 
Hi Tim

I have just been looking at your site - should it be immersive rather than emmersive as you would immerse your egg in water to boil it for instance?

(As a dog person the word pano. immediately brings to mind panosteoitis a painful condition suffered by some young fast growing dogs, also called wandering lameness, strange how one word can have such different meanings :) )
