Alby - The lighting is excellent on these - do you shoot manual flash or use ETTL ? I'm finding flash so much more difficult on the 50D than i did on the D300 :thumbsdown:

Paul, I used manual for these at 1/8 dialled in on my MT-24 ex with a set of Puffer diffusers attached. I do use Ettl too sometimes but mainly manual.
