Once again I can't see the halo. Every time someone mentions it I try and try but can never see! It makes me wonder if my eyes are bad or my (sort of decent) monitor is bad. I worry that all my images have the same thing and I just can't see it.

I dont see one either ....i did look and it looks fine to me...

Lovely image, I can see a slight halo around the beak but only because it been mentioned I think? I do find the black shadows to the left of the post at the bottom slightly distracting and think I would smooth that area out, but that just been picky it a great image as is
