The image provides you with a good starting point if you shoot in RAW - as t he compositions and content is there.

For images 1 & 2 - my concern would be the lack of detail in the whites, as they look blown. If you compare the feather detail underneath the wings and on the neck compared to the brighter parts. This can be rescued through post processing if you take the correct approach.

What software are you using?

The whites on #3 look a lot better, though the blacks appear 'choked' as you are missing some finer detail in the darker areas of the bird. I would also look to the warm the white balance across the whole image.
 
I agree with Russell, the whites are a tad blown ( over exposed) and I would have liked to have seen a full reflection in No 2, by maybe placing the Subject in the top right 3rd

as said if you shoot in RAW then an easy fix in PP with Photoshop
