Few questions?

hi,

Ive a few questions relating to photography accessories. Ive been unable to find anything on the internet.
Hopefully some one maybe able to help (fingers crossed)
First off, ive read quiet a bit on these forums. Lots of useful tips. I ordered some stands from the 7day shop. Good info on some cheap stands. (does anyone know how long their back order takes to be sent out?)

Moving on,

What do people use for grips (stand acessories) aka clamps? All the ones ive looked at are very expensive.

Instead of soft boxes, does anyone used 4x4 frames (or similar sized ones) For diffusion? If so, did you make/buy them? I'm really after one.

Is there anyother accessories, that you could recommend. I'm trying to buy stuff, for a home made studio. Do i need foamcore?? Flags and that sort of stuff?

I have seen flags made from bulldog clips and card, although I have never needed them. Photax used to make a square clip-on gell holder (about 6x6 ish) which would hold a light/flash diffuser as well as gells. Market clamps can be used for all sorts of thing. Wayne
