I had never seen these before, but yesterday, a tree in the garden was absolutely full of them just as the light failed. Unfortunately, I didn't get a single shot of them because they all flew off together as I opened the patio door:thumbsdown:

That was my problem, so I went across the lane onto the main road and then they accepted me and I shot across the traffic to get them.
