[dan00001]

hi, id lioke to have a go with my old canon A-1. it hasnt been used for a very long time so i think it could do with a professional service first? how much will this cost about? and also does anyone know a good place i should take it around south wales? thanks, dan.

See here, don't think you'll find anyone in South Wales you can just tkae it to these days though.

Nope

Basically they would send it somewhere and then charge you for the privilege. Your best off sending directly to someone and letting them fix/service it.
