Filter advice required

I have a D5000 (lenses with 52mm thread) and I want to have a go with ND grads. As I'm on a tight budget I'm looking to spend as little as possible but not looking at anything too cheap as I know you pay for what you get.

Would this filter holder on ebay be ok or can you reccommend something else? Link here
