Can some one advise on which is best filter for Sea Scapes.

UV or Polarizer
also best make, such as Hoya or Kenko, looking to place one on my 17-55 & 10-20.

of those two polarizer for seascapes every time. As above it may be worth adding a grad for the sky.

I already have a ND grad, used on some work when in coastal South Devon,But its not quite cutting it..

no - it does a different job from a polariser. Your grad balances light and dark bitys of a scene, but your polariser cuts down reflected light, so less glare of water, bluer skies, fluffier clouds, grate saturation on plants etc.. etc..........
