Anyone used this filter seems the best of both worlds, incorporates a warm type filter alongside polariser.

This is a very old filter, dating back to film use. With film there was no opportunity to apply a warmer tint, if you wanted one for some reason. It wasn't popular. With digital, you can get a warmer result just by setting the white balance to Shade, or give it a little tweak in post processing. In other words, not relevant today.
