hi what will be the best lee filter size for the Nikon AF-S Nikkor 16-35mm f/4G ED VR

...and with the 77mm wide-angle lens adapter ring, if you're using it on full-frame.

As Richard says, definitely go for the wide angle ring adaptor to avoid vigenetting. The Lee website is very informative and well worth a look.
