How do you store them?

I just bought a filter case, but not sure if I should be putting them in loose or in individual plastic cases?
 
Are we talking 100mm square filters?

I have this problem, and am not happy with my storage method. Currently in little plastic sleeves, in a padded Lee wallet.

Mine are also getting scratched a little bit. I don't believe this will affect the pics, but can increase the possibility of flare?
 
For my Cokin P filters I just got a Lowepro filter wallet from Jacobs in Liverpool.

I have a wallet like that, just wondering if they are going to get scratched, or is it not something worth worrying about?
 
I use one of those small soft zip up cd/dvd holders that holds 10 discs.
