Finally going for it

Basically I want the lens to take photos of golf courses and golfers for work purposes, but also for use on general things like landscapes, wildlife - all that stuff.

I was wondering if anyone has used that lens before and whether or not they would recommend it? Also, does anyone know of a retailer at which I could get a better price - or better still have a second-hand one that I could purchase from them?

Great lens. Try camerapricebuster.com for a list of the current lowest priced retailers. Also look at quidco or topcashback too see if they are listed there for even more money off.
