find me a better wordpress theme

I'm using autofocus and think it ruins my pictures and really doesn't showcase my best work.

What do people use and rate, my site is in my sig

Here, try some of these, I've had a play with them before but I decided to code my site from scratch instead of using wordpress.

I made myself a hybrid in the end but used to use Hemingway and yet another photoblog (plug-in) (lots seem to use Hemingway) I tried nis***a and hacked that to bits too. I'd suggest finding something you like a little and butcher it to fit your needs. I often see you in IRC I'm happy to help in anyway I can as are others in chat, and I'm sure plenty of forum members are willing to help too if you need it.

I don't think I've ever built a site that I didn't have to hand tweak, Drupal, Joomla or Wordpress. My current preference is Wordpress with a customised Thematic theme. Thematic is well designed and easily customised with it's own set of callbacks and filters. The best way is with a child theme. http://themeshaper.com/wordpress-child-theme-basics/

I ended up purchasing my wordpress template from themeforest (.net) seems to load lightening fast, and had lots of good feedback about it so far

In what way do you want it to be better? What sort of themes have you been looking at? How many columns etc?

I'm a big fan of Graph Paper Press' themes. I've been using one since January and love it.

One thing I tell people about Wordpress, if you're using a popular theme, try and modify it so your site doesn't like the exact same as other people using that theme.

I don't particularly care, I kinda like autofocus but feel it shoes off inferior work over the good stuff. And the way it crops stuff looks *****
