a fascinating spot, apparently made famous recently by a popular television drama. very difficult place to photograph - with all the fallen trees and debris. not sure if it's easier later in the year, but a wonderful place to spend a few hours taking it in, especially if you manage to get the place to yourself

yeah, i loved those formations beneath the water too - especially with the crimson water, wonderful location

A place not too far from me, I really should go there.

yeah, i must have driven within 5 miles of it more times than i can think of, a bit like the Falls of Falloch, would be great to head back through the year and see how it might change. It would certainly be easier to photograph with a bit of the tree canopy diffusing the sunlight.

I love this location- No2 for me though

yeah, the first composition was partly out of necessity, harsh light overhead created huge bright spots/reflections, so was a bit of an experiment really.
