firmware update d700

Just been on nikons site and found a firmware update for the d700 has anyone installed this,is it worth as i am pretty crap with computers and do not want to knacker my camera.

I'd like to know the answer to this one as I don't want to do the update until I know there's no problems!

I've done the D700 firmware upgrade.
I too am always wary about something going wrong but it installed without a problem.....just follow the instructions and make sure you have a full charged battery even though it only takes a few minutes.
