Inspired by the pictures in this forum I bought a set of tubes and a flash from eBay.
Using a Canon EOS400D, el-cheapo extension tubes (all 3 attached), the stock 28-80mm zoom lens set at 80mm and f/22. Lighting is from a Dorr DAF-14 ring flash.
Looking for tips. How do I improve DoF when I have already stopped right down ?
I used the zoom at 80mm which seemed optimum. Shot number 4 is with lens reversed (still on extension tubes).
Here's a few from my first batch taken within 30 minutes of opening the parcels
