First ever portrait job

So, just going through the photos and I am well chuffed with them. Shame I wasn't using my kit! Was using a 5D with a Canon EF 24-105mm f4L IS USM and obviously studio gear. All of which is my mate's who I am learning a lot from.

He set up the equipment, handed me the camera and away we go!

I really enjoyed it, though it's very hard work!

I find walking around Silverstone for 6 hours is a lot easier

She was a bit shy... well very shy so she didn't really want to start jumping about without some encouragement (Something she had a lot of for this set! )

I think they are good, not too sure how much you know (im still a beginner myself) but its quite good to stick to the asrect ratio for prints, things can get complicated otherwise. You may already know this, but then again maybe not. I also like 4 the best, good crop.

Good overall set here with shot 4 being my favourite too.

I quite like the mums hand in shot 5, reassuring touch.
