Looks good, slightly blown out on her right hand, near her ear though? Can that be recovered a touch? Well done.
 
Excellent, especially for first time in studio. I think you've got too much light reflected back from the background on to the subject. (I notice because I did the same on my last studio shoot:bonk:)

I agree the lip stud doesn't add anything.

Great eye contact. The strong shadows on her face seem to work for this model.

No need for messing with it. It is ok as it is. Few blown out hotspots on the cheeks, but hey, it's the first one :)
