A couple of images from my first go in a studio

The first one is an unusual shot, couple of things based on first impressions. It looks like you missed the focus point which should be on the front eye. The dark bit of fan top left is a little distracting, I would clone this out and the small bit of fan next to it. Exposure could go up a small amount too (eyes look dark).

Second shot, looks like it was shot at high ISO of it's been processed to add noise? Quite like the composition, though someone will probably be along shortly to say she should be looking into the shot not out of the frame. There is a dark patch on the background near her face which should be cloned out. Focus looks soft but may be intentional (and I'm viewing these on a phone so could be wrong).

Good effort though, just my opinion and some points to consider.

Thanks Ian, I'm not sure why the second one is looking like that, as the original is fine. no noise was added and the iso was 200. focus points in the first yep I missed, but as I found out there is a hell of a lot of things to think about
