Yes
I now own two of the 600Ex-RT flashes and a Canon ST-E3-RT. The unit feels solid and i love the way it's set out in the same way as the flash. It clips on the camera quickly and i can be shooting off camera flash much quicker than with the pocket wizards. With the PW i had to do some test shots each time before using them which took time. With the new set up they works first time every time. I love the little green light telling me they are synced, no more guessing. I don't have the latest cameras so i can't use group mode. Using 1D MKiV and 5d MKII i wondered if it would be a problem but it's not. I can shoot in Ettl or manual and using ratio adjust the flashes individually. I would give the ST-E3-RT a 10 out of 10 apart from two things. The idiots at Canon did not included a auto focus assist beam. I know canon believe their cameras can focus in an instant in pitch black, but they cant. The second reason is you can't control the zoom via the ST-E3-RT . So it looses two points so a 8 out of ten from me. Am i glad i bought them, oh yes. As for the flash guns, i can fault them.

Good review. You might want to think about sticking it in the Review section of the forum

Yep they are the only two negatives for me as well. I love how easy they are to use and will keep the ST-E3 but I'm sure in 18 months or so they will put one out with a focus assist beam. Lack of zoom is a bit annoying but not a deal breaker.

I love how quick you can alter the power in ETTL, the double push in manual was annoying the first couple of times for flash power but I quickly got used to it. Looking forward to getting more 600ex's :)

Love that I can HSS with the 50D no problems off camera as well, despite all the literature saying you can't :)

Yeah tbh there's no reason for the uk price to still be up so high on the 600's. I got mine on import for £360 but even so the gap to the uk price is way too high to even consider a uk one over import. £360 isn't a world away from 580 price before they were discontinued.
