This feels so strange compared to a dslr but really good at the same time.

Still getting used to the green lizard skin. Funky or what?
 
Just having a delve through the menus on this thing. Do any of you change the default sharpening or should I leave it at zero? I can only view the pictures on the camera just now as my laptop is waiting to be replaced so not quite sure if they need sharpened at all.
 
I don't find it needs turning up, I do turn the noise reduction down one notch though.

If shooting raw as mentioned above it doesn't matter although they do affect the live histogram in the evf and lcd
So if you are using the histogram to gauge exposure for your raw files the most accurate settings are DR 100%, highlight and shadow -2 and film simulation set to Provia (rest left at 0)

This should in theory let you get the most available detail available from the sensor

Once I get this firmware update I'll be right in it. Bloody card readers !!! Never thought I'd need it or I wouldn't have given it away. Typical.
