Hi everyone,
I have had the Canon 60mm Macro lens for about three weeks now and this is the first opportunity I have had to try shooting 'living' macro. It is also the first time I have been pleased to see a spider in the bath!!!! It is a tiny spider no more than 3.5mm long. Any tips and advice would be very much appreciated.

Not too bad for a first shot, it is a little jumping spider and they do have great eyes, shame you can't quite see them in this shot.

Nice image of a horrible subject :)

Wow ! did'nt realise how hairy these little spiders were ,and i see these around the house all the time

Thanks everyone for your replies. After reading Alby's post I dashed back to see if he was still there and got this shot with more eyes!!!! Like Dave I had no idea these little spiders were so hairy and I didn't even know about the eyes....amazing!!!! ...and I don't even like spiders:LOL:

Here he is rotated as Rikki suggested...
