Hi

At the weekend i was at the fast show at santa pod raceway and was happily taking photos of the track action when i got asked by a few friends to take a nice shot of them both so i did.

noticed a few things that would of made the photo better but for a first and random portrait shot i thought it came out pretty good. :)

Not really a good shot as their faces are in shadow. Some nifty PP work will enhance this but at a detriment to the quality.

Next time, expose for their faces or use fill flash, if you have a flash gun.
 
I do have a flash it was in the car though.

I did notice exactly what you are saying when I uploaded it.

I was going to have a play with it later on to see what I can do
 
I have done that in lightroom last night but its not on my macbook i will upload it later
