I got my first DSLR just under a week ago as an upgrade to my old Sony T300 and I am loving it. My first night outing didn't go so well, all my shots were out of focus since I had to use MF and wasn't used to it. Luckily though I thought of a quick solution on my second night out. I used the AF to focus on a well lit up castle in the distance and then switched over to MF so it stayed the same (I assumed it would be infinity).
Here they are, could have done a better job framing them, but I was just glad they were actually in focus this time
30 minutes after then sun set and one lonely cloud wasn't giving up on being colourful
Crag and Tail with light polution lighting up the clouds.
