Send a lens to Fixation which they received Wednesday morning but still not heard from them yet?

Is this normal? They claim they can turn a lens around in 4 days and I have read plenty of good reviews so seems a little strange.
 
I've used them in the past, they are excellent. I believe Nikon also use them or at least they are an authorised Nikon repair facility.
You could ring them to check but they have only had your lens less than two days according to you!

If you'd have called them in working hours, you might have found out. Now you'll have to wait until Monday.
 
I've used them and give them A1 5 * rating
 
Have purchased a few lenses from Fixation and they were a pleasure to deal with. Give them a call ?
 
Used them a couple of times and the service was excellent.
 
Walked in asking for a firmware update on one of my lens' and they did it there and then, so only experienced good service. Can't say the same for Canon Elstree though.
 
Just thought of checking my junk mail box and estimate is sat there, sent the day they received lens!

My mistake!
