Fixing tripod.

Good morning, not sure where to post this but is equipment. My redsnapper tripod is broken, the thread inside the main shaft isn't gripping the head. Is there a way I can fix this? Perfect tripod in every way so don't want to throw the main body in the skip.

The centre column should unscrew.
If you unscrew the bottom the centre column should pull up and you can reverse it (Ithink!)
Replacement parts are available on Ebay or from Redsnapper.

As above contact redsnapper they may have parts. I needed some for my one and it was a quick smooth transaction.
