I haven't posted for ages, so thought it was about time.

i like this lighting is great .how did you get the flames .witch lens did you use

For the flames I used petrol lighter fluid, the kind you use for a zippo lighter.

The pepper was on a sheet of glass with black funky foam (neoprene foam) underneath and curved up behind, black posterboard behind.

I got a bit carried away in the end and let the flames burn too long, cracking the glass.

The lens is a Sigma 18-250 DC OS HSM
