Flash advice

Ive got a basic Jessops branded flash gun, which does the job but seems pretty limited.

Would anyone recommend getting a diffuser for it? Also ive seen quite a few positive comments about the Yongnuo flashguns, does anyone have any experience in them?

I have a Yongnuo YN460ii which i use along side a Canon 430exii. And its great as a second flash. Obviously lacks in build quality what the canon does but for £30 you cant go wrong.

I would say look at getting the YN-560 version if you do go for one as you get the option of the flash zoom which the 460 lacks. It also seems a lot more user friendly with the buttons on the back to the 460.

eBay, i believe they are one of the only place to get them but a few places online may stock them. I doubt you could find any in the shops.

How come you don't recommend the 467 or 468 - which have flash zoom?

How do you control the flash zoom?

I didnt even no about those, i will have a look into those as i may be after another flash soon

I believe the 467 is manual, and the 468 is automatic
