Flash advice

I have a Canon 430ex ii and a yongnuo YN-460 Flash.

My question is, and apologies if it sounds ridiculous, if i only have 1 yongnuo RF-602 reciever and the transmitter for the camera as well, will I be able to trigger both flashes at the same time. i want to use the Canon one as the main and the yonguo one dialled down as fill light. I'm got a softbox and brolly etc on the way so wanting to have a play about with them.

Yes you could use the 602 receiver on the canon flash, this will give you control of flash power for the canon from the transmitter. Then just set the Yongnuo to optical slave mode, but the power on it will have to be set manually on the flash.

No thats fine, the yongnuo is fully manual anyway, i just wondered if it'd work or would i have to buy another trigger.

Does the Canon have a reciever bullt in? As in could i use the 602 on the yongnuo and the canon without it? Or is that just being daft lol

Sorry, when I said you could control the power of the canon from the camera I had the 622 triggers in mind
I read 602 and typed 602!
But same still applies trigger on camera, receiver on canon 430, Yongnuo set to optical slave. Set power manually on both flashes.

I'm not sure if the canon has optical slave (a while since I used Canon) in which case you could switch them around but no benefit to that anyway.
