Flash bracket

Flash in the Pan does a good looking bracket that isn't very expensive. He's got a 'strobist gear' thread going in the Advertisers Forum on here.
 
I was going to buy one of those, but I think his bracket isn't available anymore, it was removed from his posts recently.

Ideally I'd like camera-rotating instead of flash-rotating though as it's more convenient and easier to use on a tripod or monopod. (it also puts less strain on the flash hotshoe).
