Flash bracket.

Ive got a fashion show to do this coming thursday, well, they had a rehersal tonight so I went a long just to see what the lighting etc was like and to rattle off a few test shots, well, I new something was bound to go wrong and it did, I managed to break my Manfrotto falsh bracket mainly due to the fact that it was a bit cumbersome for what I was trying to do. Anyway, that aside, I need to get another bracket asap and as WEX do next day if I order it soon I should have it by thursady, fingers crossed, so has anyone had any using with any of these..

need to be getting the SB-900 off to the rh side of camera so that when in portrait I can still reach buttons etc and for it to be easy to use.

None of those brackets are big enough to do anything useful as far as I can see (I mean anything useful for your photos).
Is ease of reach of buttons the only reason why you use a bracket?
