Thanks for the link but I've bought one of those and they're Pants the arms just bend down once the flashes are attached but thanks for taking the time to help

Speedgraphic has the much chunkier MARM flexible arms from Novoflex but doesn't stock the NV-HALTER that would do the bits in the middle. You'd be looking at over £250 for the complete kit so that may rule it out. If you only need a tabletop solution then the Novoflex BasicBall will take the MARMs and it's a combination I'm going to try in the near future as I have all the bits.
