Flash diffuser !

I work in nightclub some are very dark etc i have always used the 580 Ex ii with the Sto fen diffuser ... was just wondering if anyone has experience in this area and could maybe point me in the way of a better diffuser.

Work all kind of different club some have great lighting and some have hardly any.

any advice would be welcomed

You can set it to bounce in different directions, the guy demonstrating it [Think he is the inventor maybe?] shows you in real time the effect.

That does look good but in a tight club would be hitting people in the head with one of those but does look quite a good thing to have.

Hmm... no thanks Looks like yet another rather poor reinvention of the wheel.

Bearing in mind that the result you get with any bounce-diffusion device is highly dependent on the environment, I like the Lumiquest Quik Bounce. Single best all-round flash accessory out there, £40 http://www.lumiquest.com/store/products/LumiQuest-Quik-Bounce.html

For decent light, you generally need something bigger, so on-camera it's always a compromise between size and practicality.

They all look ridiculous, and all seem to just offer different ways to bounce light. You could always make one yourself.
