Flash for a Canon 650D

Hi all,
I have searched and found several threads of this subject but none specifically relating to the 650D. I have read more of the flashes which aren't compatible rather than those which would be good- what are people's suggestions please?
I have been eyeing up:
Nissin Di622 mk 2
Yongnuo 565EX (but concerned that it'll fall to pieces)
Second hand canon 430ex

Any others? Could justify spending up to about £140.

I'd go for the 430exii any day of the week but then again I'v never used 3rd party so others will have different views. Also does the 650d have master capabilities? Off camera flash ftw
 
I can tell you that the Nissin Di622 Mk2 will work with the 650D, but the Mk1 wont. I got a Mk1 for a 550D, which I passed on to the wife and then when she upgraded to a 650D I found the problem. I tried a Mk2 and it worked fine but as I was having to update I went for the Di866 Mk2 instead, which is a belter, and passed my Di866 Mk1 to her.

You should be able to pick up a Di866, which works fine with the 650D, for around the top end of your budget, I bought my Mk2 a few months ago off the forum for around £150 so it's worth a look when you can.
