Flash for Canon 500D

Hi

I use my camera mainly for photos the kids but the flash is rubbish. I'm not a very serious photographer but I like reasonable photos.

Any advice on a good entry level flash?

Nissin Di 622 , works great on the 500D and can be picked up reasonably cheap if you shop around

hi i use a jessops 360afdc with no problems what so ever on a canon450d but allso have you thought about the gary fong Lightsphere?fantasic results ive had using one

Just make sure that whatever you get has HSS as some of them don't. look here for more info... http://speedlights.net/
