Flash for Macro

Hi folks

Done a lot of reading in the macro section and had a look at some of your setups out there.

I'm working with a Nikon D3000 and was wondering ,

What would be the best flash to get to assist me in macro photography?

Not sure on budget !!!

Best? Nikon R1C1 kit. Two wireless flash units, remote controller, coloured gels, diffusers, more configuration options than you can count. About £600.

Hi Vince,

StewartR is right but if budget is a bit tighter - Sigma EM-140 has worked well for me.
