Flash Gallery for newbie

I'm completely clueless about flash galleries, and my website is almost ready. I'd rather do it myself as I'll be the one adding future pictures, so can anyone recommend a swish flash gallery that even a complete noob will get?

Have you got Lightroom? It's got a Flash Gallery exporter built in.
