Soft box and a beauty dish

Softbox, depends on your budget, plenty on Ebay for around £40 for the Chinese ones up to £100 or so for branded ones. Same goes for beauty dishes, JSCamerastore, if they're still on the go, on Ebay should be able to sort you out with both for a decent price.

They're both universal fit, so yes. The only thing you'd need to be specifically for the 360AFD would be a diffuser cap, but it shares it's fitment with one of the Sony flashguns, so it's easy enough to get one that does the job.
