Flash to Umrella Adapter?

Just one quick question what adapter are people uising to mount their flash onto umbrella adapters like this ? I'm guessing it's a cold shoe of some sort? Are they expensive? any links? Also do they do one with a pc cord to trigger an sb-600 as it has no PC connection?

Any advice appreciated!

If you have a look at the Ebay shop of Colinsfoto they have a hotshoe with a pc connector on it (don't get a coldshoe for use with the SB-600) and various other bits and bobs that will do the job...

This looks just the job for mounting my other flashes, but is this suitable for triggering the sb600 from a pc cord? It seems to read theother way around to me, i.e. using the cameras hotshoe to send a trigger down a pc cord?

Also Are there fairly robust? Once they are screwed on to the umbrella bracket do they come loose, after moving around? The locking facilities on the flashes should secure straight into the shoe, with a little insulation tape?
