Flash Trigger Question

Hi All,

I recently bought a set of off camera flash triggers from Flash In The Pan, they work a treat except for one thing, my on camera pop up flash keeps activating.

How do I stop my on-board pop up flash from activating when using a flash trigger?

I have a Sony A200

Any help or advice will be much appreciated.

Shoot in P mode there should be an option in the menus to turn it off then, if it's the same as my a500 you can turn it off in everything except auto
