It does.

The one linked to by stokecity will short out the pins on the bottom of your flash, which is very not good. It also doesn't have a small hole drilled in it for the locking pin to go into.

Get one of flash in the pan's umbrella adapters that he linked to, then you can use an umbrella with it too for extra awesomeness Get one of the flash stands that I linked too though, cos they're awesome for just popping a flash down on a table or bookshelf or something when you need a light but there's not room for a stand

How are you going to fire the flash once its on the tripod?

didn't come with one

And it was brought new from Jessops.
