Flash tutorials

does anyone know of any good online flash tutorials ?

I'm about to have a go at flash photography and am absolutely clueless as to what half the jargon means and how to go about it properly

To avoid being moaned at for asking loads of stupid questions here (believe me i'v got loads) i thought it would be good to read up on this subject

any ideas ?

Not technically a tutorial but keep browsing Strobist for cool tips.

I spend loads of time on there looking at music and tv stuff , never occured to me to look for flash stuff
