And I've recently upgraded and got some mains powered lencarta smartflashes, Im saving up my pennies to get some decent Sb's but in the meantime, is the any adapter rings that fits the smartflashes that will enable me to use the 60x60 folding Sb

What lights? Ebay usually has a number of speedrings for different manufacturers lights.
