Flickr or Photobucket ?

I'm looking for options to allow photo uploads from my iPad and Flickr & Photobucket seem the way to go. I'm only really looking for somewhere to park photos when I'm on the move that will allow me to post them on TPF ;)

Anybody use / tried both ?

hi Brian,iv,e got flickr, very easy to use. tried photobucket just could,nt get on with it ,,they are both free so try both delete the one you don,t like. hth mike.

I use my own webspace when I'm at home for galleries etc, does smugmug do anything extra for the money compared to flickr/photobucket for on the move stuff ?
 
If the photos are for TPF to get c&c then go with Flickr - being able to make the exif data available via "more properties" from the photopage is going to make it easier for people to be constructive about the technicalities.
 
+1 for flickr - much better for sharing images with people, and theres a good community of people for allmost every type of image ever taken :)

i also have a photobucket, i use this for my P&S photos or for things that im just showing on forums or websites, its not brilliant for 'photographers' but it does the job for random garbage that will invatably end up on there
