Flickr privarte set question

I have seen on here a few times where people have set up a private set on flickr that needs a password to be viewed, how do you go about setting one of these up:shrug:

I shot a awards ceremony on Saturday night & would like to be able to show the pictures on my flickr to just the people from the ceremony by giving them the pasword to view as a guest etc.

didnt think you could password protect in flickr, i always thought you could only give access to friends an family which you define from your contacts?

Sure there has been a few on here lately where the op gave the password out to be able to view as a guest. hope I haventy dreamt it now

That's exactly how I do it. I don't even tick the share content with friends and family. I then send a guest pass link to the person I want to see it. No one else can see it
