Flower close up (unknown species)

Have been having a little trouble getting decent macro shots
so going to practice on close up untill i get to grips with the camera and sigma macro lens
Made myself a neat little light box at work and tried it out this weekend
used tissue to diffuse the natural light as it was a little harsh

I seem to be having trouble with deciding weather things are in or out of focus must be my eyes
Anyway have a look at this and tell me what you think, is it sharp or could i do better ?
Not sure what it is but have it in abundance in my garden
